Antic\u00edpate a la vuelta<\/h4><p>Programa tu regreso con uno o dos d\u00edas de margen antes de reincorporarte al trabajo. Este tiempo es clave para reajustarte emocional y f\u00edsicamente.<\/p><h4>2. Activa tu cuerpo sin presiones<\/h4><p>Recuperar el ejercicio f\u00edsico tras las vacaciones no debe convertirse en una obligaci\u00f3n. Caminar 30 minutos al d\u00eda ya activa tu sistema cardiovascular y reduce el estr\u00e9s.<\/p><h4>3. Respira con conciencia<\/h4><p>La respiraci\u00f3n profunda y consciente activa el nervio vago, que ayuda a relajar el coraz\u00f3n y disminuir la frecuencia card\u00edaca. Haz pausas para respirar durante tu jornada.<\/p><h4>4. Conecta con tus prioridades<\/h4><p>El estr\u00e9s muchas veces nace de sentir que \u00abtodo es urgente\u00bb. Prioriza tareas, delega lo que puedas y busca momentos para actividades que disfrutes.
